On Thursday, Bharti Airtel announced that 360 million customers will have free access to Adobe Express Premium, which will allow them to produce excellent social media assets, marketing materials, brief videos, and design content.

In order to maintain high user engagement within their digital ecosystems, Indian telecom operators have partnered with international tech companies as AI-powered design tools are gaining popularity.

In a release, Airtel said that with Adobe Express Premium, valued at about ₹4,000 (approximately 43.51 USD), free for a year, its customers can express their creativity and produce professional-quality content, regardless of their design experience. And the offer is said to be valid for redemption between January 29, 2026, and January 28, 2027.

The Sunil Mittal-led telecom said the landmark, first-of-its-kind partnership will give all Airtel customers access to Adobe Express Premium, enabling them to quickly and easily create high-quality social content, marketing materials, short videos, and more.

The release said Adobe Express Premium will be offered to all Airtel customers that are across mobile  (prepaid/postpaid), broadband, WiFi, and DTH services and can be accessed by logging into the Airtel Thanks App.

How to claim this, the Airtel Thanks App can be updated or downloaded from the Play Store or App Store. From there the user can log in with your registered Airtel number and navigate to the “Rewards” or “Claim OTTs and more” section. Click “Claim Now” after tapping the Adobe Express Premium banner. Sign in with an existing Adobe ID or create a new one to activate. No credit card is required.
