Apple hasn’t officially released the iOS 26 public beta today—but it’s imminent. Developer Beta 4 landed yesterday, and Apple typically follows with the public seed within a day or two. When the toggle finally appears, anyone enrolled in the free Beta Software Program will see the update under Settings → General → Software Update → Beta Updates.
