Apple said on Tuesday that it is introducing a new Creator Studio subscription bundle that provides premium content in iWork apps along with access to six creative apps.

Access to Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and Pixelmator Pro on Mac and iPad, as well as Motion, Compressor, and MainStage on Mac, are included in the bundle, which costs $12.99 per month or $129 annually. Additionally, it contains paid content for Numbers, Pages, and Keynote. Freeform for Mac, iPad, and iPhone will eventually be included in the bundle. Teachers and college students can sign up for $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year.

From January 28, Apple Creator Studio will be accessible. Every new subscription will receive a complimentary trial period of one month.’

These innovative apps are introducing new functionality, according to Apple’s announcement on Tuesday.

On Mac and iPad, Final Cut Pro has Beat Detection, Transcript Search for soundbites, and Visual Search for precise instances by describing them. With Final Cut Pro for iPad, you can rapidly begin changes with Montage Maker and reframe content with Auto Crop.

Additionally, Logic Pro will get new features like Chord ID, Synth Player, a new sound library, natural language search, and more.

Additionally, MainStage, which transforms Macs into instruments, voice processors, or guitar rigs, is accessible through Apple Creator Studio.

Apple’s 2024 acquisition, Pixelmator Pro, is now coming to iPad for the first time, offering creators powerful editing tools with Apple Pencil compatibility and fast performance.

Motion, a motion graphics application for producing 2D and 3D effects, is also accessible through Apple Creator Studio. Compressor, which integrates with Motion and Final Cut Pro to modify output parameters for distribution, is another feature.

Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of Internet Software and Services, said in a press release: “Apple Creator Studio empowers creators of every type by providing easy access to the most intuitive and powerful tools for video, music, imaging, and visual productivity, all enhanced with intelligent tools to boost efficiency and creativity.”

A Creator Studio subscription opens a new “Content Hub” in Pages, Numbers, and Keynote where users may access top-notch images, graphics, and illustrations. Additionally, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers get new premium layouts and themes.

Users of Apple Creator Studio can access beta capabilities in Keynote, such as the ability to quickly tidy up layouts and object placement, build presenter notes from pre-existing slides, and make presentation drafts from text outlines. Subscribers to Numbers can create formulas and use Magic Fill to automatically fill tables based on pattern recognition.

The tech giant says that while free versions of Numbers, Pages, Keynote, and Freeform will continue to be accessible, Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Motion, Compressor, and MainStage will still be offered as one-time purchases on the Mac App Store.

Included in the Applications are

  • Video & Motion: Compressor (Mac), Motion (Mac), and Final Cut Pro (Mac & iPad).
  • Logic Pro (Mac & iPad) and MainStage (Mac) are used for audio production.
  • Design: This bundle includes Pixelmator Pro, which is making its iPad debut.

Productivity: Upcoming “intelligent features” in premium versions of Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and Freeform, along with a new Content Hub for carefully chosen resources.
