As internet usage grows in Ghana, driven heavily by smartphone adoption, local businesses are increasingly turning to online advertising to promote their goods and services. One key player embracing this shift is Cheki.com.gh, an online advertising company and sponsor of Ghana’s national football team, the Black Stars.

Recently, Cheki.com.gh hosted a special event for key stakeholders in the auto industry. The aim of the gathering was to encourage the integration of online advertising into their business models and to discuss prevalent issues within the industry. Participants also explored the vast opportunities the internet presents for product and service promotion.

Eric Amoako Twum, the CEO of Cheki.com.gh, emphasized his company’s commitment towards simplifying car purchasing in Ghana through the use of their online platform. He highlighted the importance of these interactive sessions in both fostering a healthier understanding of online business dynamics among garage owners and refining the channel of communication between Cheki and the various stakeholders.

The effort seems to have been well received. Many garage owners who attended the event expressed palpable enthusiasm about the potential benefits of leveraging online advertising within the auto sector.
