Google announces an additional auto-save button, on Gmail, that synchronizes with Google’s Photo. Media files on these platforms can be easily exchanged with a click of a button. It worth noting that this tool works best with JPEG files.

Google noted that this feature is exclusive to users that exclusively use personal accounts on either of those products, including, Gmail users, G Suite Basics, G Suite Business for customers, and Google’s Workspace.

While the “add to Photos” button is enabled on Google’s mailing service is expected to roll out in less than a few weeks. the tech company set to add this other interesting tool to assist the existing ‘add to Drive’ button.

For now, Google’s auto-transfer tool supports its Photos, Drive even files in JPEG format. In due time, transferring files with a click of a button with this tool doesn’t support PNG files — the tech company said it will available sooner than later.

Nowadays, Google seems unpredictable whereby emailed images can be transferred to either Photos or Drive. Remember, the tech company once announced that its Storage platform will be overhauled maintaining the same image quality for a given price.

By June 1st, Google’s unlimited cloud storage will have a cost price, while it is replaced with the 15GB cap, for high-quality images. Note that you can still access Google’s unlimited storage services before June is here.

You can either choose to save to either Drive or Photos, now that the service doesn’t cost a dime. Next month when the expected Google changes are effective, exclusively for Photos and its storage space.

It worth noting that Google’s storage service that plans to charge other users for a fee will be exclusively free for its Pixel device. The users of Google’s smartphone will access Photos storage for free.
