Google has reportedly redesigned its entire pack of emojis that is believed to amount to up to 992 with the intent to make them more authentic, universal, and accessible. In regards to the international World Emojis day, the search Giant is s sharing redesigns of — this feature is also expected to be available for all Google platforms when it rolls out.

Google’s redesigned emoji depicts the Search Giant really spent energy with making its emojis more flexible, attractive, accurate, and a little bit of humor. The transportation section now has available space for motorway use especially for test drives, according to the Search Giant.

These vehicle emoji are tweaked to look like modern cars, trucks, cabs, and a motorway for easy passage — now I can crack a joke about driving in a spacious environment. This emoji depicts safety, unlike Snapchat’s speed limits filter that has reportedly attracted lawsuits from regulators with claims it instigates recklessness with driving.

Google then focused on tweaking its food category that appears to be accurate and authentic as well. The old pie emoji was just a slice, now Google designed the whole thing, which makes it cuter since its global audience is expected to relate with the new friendly emoji.

According to Google: “Pie emoji is a curious one — it previously looked like a very specific American pumpkin pie (a family favorite!). Now it’s something everyone recognizes. This minor change means this one emoji can represent a whole host of pies — apple pie, blueberry pie, strawberry pie, cherry pie, chicken pot pie, beef, and mushroom… the list goes on.”

It is worth noting that some of these emojis are sensitive to how your default theme changes. For contrast, emojis like “Star” shine bright at night especially when the auto theme changes at the right time.

This tweak is expected to roll out sooner than later — towards this fall Android, 12 powered OS will receive this tweaked emoji when the complete version of Android’s operating system rolls out. Google made sure high-end products services don’t need an upgrade to access its newest emojis when they roll out.

For instance, Android applications running on Appcompat will also receive these emojis without updating their OS. Meanwhile, towards the end of July, selected products including, Google’s Chat, Gmail, Chromebooks, and YouTube and live Chat will access these emojis accordingly. Happy emoji day, world!
