…the unexpected outage has disrupted users’ documents that work or study from home.

According to Google’s user feedback report, it user-base has tendered series of complaints about the unavailability of several sub-Google services/platform that is experiencing an unexpected outage.

These Google services include Google Docs, Sheet, Drive, Classroom, Slides, and others have reportedly disrupted users’ experience while accessing these platforms, conforming to Google’s workspace Status Dashboard.

For contrast, an error message pops up while trying to create a new document in either of the listed Google platforms;

“Google Docs encountered an error. Please try reloading this page, or coming back to it in a few minutes.

To learn more about the Google Docs editors, please visit our help center.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience.” Meanwhile, Google’s management team signed off confirms the importance of their server outage, which should be resolved immediately

This matter happens to attract Google’s top-level management consent. To quickly resolve the current outage, the tech company initiated an investigation to determine possible solutions. Meanwhile, they discovered that the listed Google’s sub-services are unable to launch concurrently. While displaying the “error message”.

In line with other users’ reports, they noted that these services are quite slow trying to launch. While other users express their experience as “unexpected behaviour” — the malfunctions Google encountered have caused a sudden pause of activities.

Google updated their blog post notifying other users about the active users experiencing difficulties in accessing Google’s platforms — these Google services are unable to launch properly, “Affected users are unable to create new documents.”

Aside from Google’s blog post, their users have also sought DownDetector consent to judge Google’s incompetence. The tech specialist suggests Google’s current issue appears to be a temporary outage.

Other than the listed Google services, such as Docs, Sheet, Drive, Slides, etc. Google Search happens to be free of this malfunction. Google’s main site is currently active.

According to a Twitter report tendered by Google’s user-base, Google’s outage is not a global issue, only users in selected regions such as Europe and America have suffered this discomfort by Google.

It happens to be suspicious that tech giants are experiencing unexpected service outages off late. A few days ago, Facebook got breached then their service later went offline, while the cause of these incidents is yet to be discovered. These issues need to be resolved As soon as possible, without disrupting users who work or study from home.
