Several weeks ago, we publicized that Microsoft Azure was in its trial phase in Brazil. I am excited to relay that Microsoft Azure is now fully launched in our Brazil South region.

In the context of Brazil and our various other global regions, we have witnessed a massive demand for a global, enterprise-grade public cloud solution. Worldwide, Azure sees an influx of over 1,000 new customers daily, and our last quarter experienced a revenue growth surge of over 150 percent. With the official release of Microsoft Azure in the new Brazil South region, even more clientele can harness the benefits of cloud technology.

Already companies like credit rating agency Boa Vista Servicos, business management software creators Totvs, computing systems developer SiplanControl-M, and e-Commerce website builder Shop Delivery are leveraging the advantages of cloud services. In conjunction with our growing customer base in this region, they will also experience enhanced network redundancy, diminished latency, and augmented durability.

This thrilling landmark echoes our recent official launches in China and Japan, and signifies our speedy global outreach and extraordinary growth. With our computational capacity doubling biannually and an average of over 8,000 customers enrolling weekly, we are assisting customers in accessing superior cloud technologies, services, and infrastructures. Today, we are eager to aid our customers in Brazil leverage this power with the goal of transforming their businesses.
