When will the Samsung Galaxy A Event take place?

Popular electronic & smart appliance technology company – Samsung has hinted at its second event for the year 2022. The company announces that all is set for its Thursday, March 17th, 2022 virtual event that will go live at 10 AM ET. This event has been named the “Awesome Galaxy A Event” and it’s dedicated to the phone maker’s midrange A-series devices.

According to rumours making rounds online, the company will debut two new phones: the Galaxy A73 and A53. Last year at an Unpacked event which happened at about the same time last year, Samsung announced the Galaxy A72 and A52 and since the event is happening at this time we might just start predicting as both phones are already due for a refresh. Fingers are crossed, phone lovers don’t know what to expect, however, it’s likely that we just might get our first glimpse of these lineups at this month’s event.

Rumours also say that the new lineups – Galaxy A73 and A53 may most likely come with 5G. Although this presents an upgrade for the A72, at least, since the A52 already has a 5G variation. But most importantly Apple released 5G devices at its Peek Performance event last week, It is most likely Samsung does the same in a bid to create competition. The new A73 is expected to come with the same 6.7-inch display, along with a Snapdragon 750G chip, while the A53 may be showing up with a 6.5-inch paired with Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1200 system on a chip (SoC). However, fingers are crossed and we can’t wait to get lit with the new lineups.

You can catch a glimpse of Samsung’s March 17th Awesome Galaxy A event via Samsung’s website and its YouTube channel, remember the time is 10 AM ET.
