The Next iPhone Will Likely Work On All 5G Networks Unlike the iPhone 12

The iPhone is one of the most sought out phones due to its top-notch design, immaculate camera quality and daunting operating system. The iPhone sets a lot of trends and serves as an inspiration to other phone makers. Apple releases new models of its iPhone annually and the last installment is the iPhone 12 series which were released on the 13th of October as against the 8th of September as a result of delays caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

The iPhone 12 series includes four models, the iPhone 12 mini, the iPhone 12, the iPhone 12 Pro and the iPhone 12 pro max. These models have similar designs but peculiar specifications. The break in the pattern of release (which happened in October instead of September) in 2021 has made it quite impossible to predict when the 2021 iPhone 13 events/release would take place or if it would even be called the iPhone 13 series at all; but the series can still be expected to be released towards the end of the year.

Usually, the 2021 iPhone should be called the ’13’ after the 12 series but rumor has it that Apple might not go with the number 13 because it is considered an unfortunate number across cultures. Experts say Apple might go with the iPhone 12S series because the iPhone 12 series take the design of the iPhone 4 and 5 which had ‘S’ models, or the iPhone 12R series or just skip to the iPhone 14 series.

The design for the imminent iPhone series is expected to be the same as the iPhone 12 series but with a full-screen design or almost a full screen design as other products have incorporated the full-screen design except the iPhones. The series is also expected to come with a mini, pro and pro max models. It is also expected to come in the same size range as the 12 series but for now, no one really knows. Apart from the full-screen design, the iPhone is expected to come with an in-design fingerprint unlock or power button finger unlock already in use by its android counterparts.

The iPhone camera is one of its selling points making it a device for creatives like videographers, photographers as well as fun-seeking/adventurous users. The camera should have some improvements but for now, no one can really pinpoint what they would be. The 12 series came with 5G, iOS 14, the apple A 14 bionic chipset. The imminent series would also come with 5G but with an upgraded iOS of iOS 15 and Apple A15 bionic chipset respectively.

The impending series promises to see a lot of improvements and while no one can really pinpoint all of them for now, the incoming series is already causing a lot of buzz and promises not to disappoint in any way.
