This New App Will Mask Your IP Address So You Can Browse Anonymously

Online privacy seekers can now rejoice with the introduction of the Innovap app from cybersecurity firm, F-Secure. The application, which is compatible with smartphones, primarily provides users with the capability to browse the internet anonymously. Essentially, the Innovap app suppresses the user’s distinctive IP address that is normally assigned when one logs in to the internet, cloaking the user’s exact location while online. “Innovap suppresses your IP, permitting you to browse the internet safeguarded by the F-Secure Cloud. Every valuable aspect, from identity to location, stays undisclosed and private,” stated F-Secure’s Regional Manager (India and SAARC), Amit Nath.

Adding to its privacy features, F-Secure has made sure that users stay anonymous even from the company itself. F-Secure does not maintain logs of user traffic, usernames, or contact information, thus guaranteeing total anonymity. “Our Connection Protection service enables all users, including public officials, to remain untraceable and safeguarded wherever they may be. Particularly while using Wi-Fi, it encrypts your traffic, deterring anyone from intercepting your communication data. Our users stay totally anonymous from the moment they start using our services – even from us. We’re a cybersecurity firm, but we believe that security should not come at the expense of privacy,” explained Nath. The app not simply provides browsing protection, but also defends users from malware.
