Technology is advancing, affecting all areas of life – you can now find a gadget for almost any purpose from gambling at the casino NZ to cooking. More importantly, many IT companies are releasing innovative devices designed to keep the user healthy. These 3 smart gadgets will make taking care of your body a pleasant and easy process.

Picooc Smart Scale

Long gone are the days when floor scales were a primitive mechanism. Now the user’s weight is displayed on an electronic screen, and advanced models can do much more.

Picooc offers a range of smart scales for detailed and convenient body weight measurement. Even the entry-level Picooc Mini scales determine over 10 parameters in 3 seconds: weight, body fat, muscle, basal metabolic rate, body mass index, metabolic age, and so on. The data syncs with your smartphone via Bluetooth using the free Picooc app for iOS and Android. There you can set goals, get tips on staying in shape, see visual graphs, and send data to the cloud in encrypted form. Unlike other smart scales, Picooc models are designed to be used by multiple people – the whole family, for example.

The advanced Picooc S3 model supports connection not only via Bluetooth, but also via Wi-Fi. When you connect the smart scales to your home network, they will automatically detect the user and send the measurement results to the cloud storage, not even a smartphone is needed. For professional athletes, there is a special beta version of the feature that takes into account the structure of the trained body. It is enabled separately in the Picooc app.

HONOR Watch GS Pro Smartwatch

While conventional sports watches offer rather limited functionality, the wearable gadget from HONOR turns out to be practically a miniature computer, well protected from the environment.

The HONOR Watch GS Pro has many features that make traveling much easier, especially when away from civilization. Among them: GPS navigation, compass and automatic backtracking to avoid getting lost in the middle of little-explored terrain. The watch will alert you to changes in the weather, tell you the time of sunrise and sunset, the phase of the moon and the tide. It’s also practically an extension of your smartphone – with a 48mm AMOLED screen, built-in speaker and microphone, you can take calls right on your wrist.

For those who go hiking less often, smartwatches can help keep track of critical health indicators. It can measure blood oxygen levels, track heart rate, sleep quality and stress levels. The gadget also features 100 sport modes, partially replacing the coach in various sports.

The watch features a rugged, wearable case that has passed 14 different MIL-STD-810G tests for use in extreme environments. The HONOR Watch GS Pro can withstand up to 240 hours in humidity and will survive a hard blow or a drop in water. Just as importantly, the gadget works for up to 25 days without recharging.

AquaGenie Smart Water Bottle

One of the latest health trends is to drink plenty of clean water. This simple habit is of great benefit to the body: it helps to wake up in the morning, improves metabolism, dissolves salts, distributes oxygen throughout the body. The difficulty is that you need to drink regularly, and it is very easy to forget about it during the day.

One solution to the problem could be a smart water bottle, which will take care of the user’s fluid intake itself. The AquaGenie makes sure the person is drinking regularly, updates the information through a smartphone, and even syncs with the Fitbit or Apple Health apps. The device reminds you to hydrate with a light ring on the body – you don’t have to check the tracker on your phone. Of course, you can set specific daily water consumption goals and track your progress.

Charging is done with a wireless stand, the bottle is easy to clean and designed to last.
