How about surfing the internet for free at an extremely high speed? Schooling just got pretty more interesting with students in Nigerian Universities getting free WiFi facility, starting this week.

The Chief Marketing Officer, Surfwella, Olusola Bankole, revealed on Sunday that the Internet Service Provider will make provision for all Universities in the country to boost education. He said:

“The whole idea of this project is to ensure that future graduates from universities across the country will compete with their contemporaries from other countries of the globe. More so, the surest way to be an entrepreneur is to acquiring information and communications technology skills”

With surfwella, you can surf the internet for free when you are away from home using any of your devices. The innovation is a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative of Cyberspace Network Limited, the indigenous 4G LTE internet service provider.

In view of an even distribution, there is no stipulated rule on how the service will be shared- whether alphabetically or by popularity.

The CMO said on Sunday that “the University of Abuja will be the first beneficiary, with the service scheduled for launch on the institution’s campus this week Wednesday. The Lagos State University will be next, followed in quick succession by the College of Agric, Lafiaji, and the University of Lagos.”

While the innovation launches at the University of Abuja, more features will be added on the Internet infrastructure, for the best internet experience. Mr. Bankole added further that “the usage is totally free. No payment, no subscription, no data purchase and no need for modems”. How awesome! “It is free internet in the most useable form on the WiFi”, he added.

Mr.Bankole noted that the firm’s innovation is a form of Corporate Social Responsibility. “It’s all about empowering the students to be globally competitive and access to free internet is the best way to empower the budding oncoming Generation”, he said further.

I believe that this great innovation will be sustainable, seeing that Cyberspace is reputed for offering quality service, undeniable feel of high-speed, security and reduced latency.

If you are a university student, the surfing game just got sweeter! No more worries about mobile data or poor reception and no more fear of stormy weathers that disrupt internet signals. Create an account with surfwella to enjoy the unlimited browsing experience.
