In an official company statement, they declared, “We experienced a brief issue with the software update process, affecting a small number of users during the first hour of availability. The problem was quickly resolved, and we apologize to those customers. Anyone who was affected should connect to iTunes to complete the update or contact AppleCare for help.”
With the technical storm now seemingly over, anticipation builds as users worldwide eagerly await installing iOS 10. If the update is not yet visible in your settings, ensure that your model is among the following: iPhone SE, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPod touch 6th generation, iPad 4th generation, iPad Air, iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 2, iPad Mini 3, iPad Mini 4, and iPad Pro.
