About four months into the launching Stories, Instagram Stories now has about 200 million users daily. To mark the milestone, Instagram added selfie stickers and the ability to pin them to your videos. The idea behind the selfie stickers is such that you’ll be able to capture your facial reaction and add it to the video or photo faster. There’s even mini-selfies now which you can add after you’ve created a story.
They are now launching geostickers in four cites and so “If you live in or are traveling to Chicago, London, Madrid or Tokyo, you’ll also start seeing geostickers for your city over the coming days. All of the geostickers have been designed by local community members to help bring the cities they call home to life. You’ll be able to see the artist’s username when you tap the sticker, so you can learn more about their unique artwork.”
Instagram again has successfully cloned a Snapchat feature and turned it into a success story.
