The new Twitter management thrives to live up to the 2.0 version/innovation promised as the bird app report to develop a Twitter Video app exclusively for television operating systems (TV OS). The Twitter Video app campaign is pitched by the owner and previous CEO of the bird app, Elon Musk for the current chief executive to follow up on to accomplish the promise of Twitter 2.0.

The video app will remain a sub-social media of the bird app that broadens its social network to focus on embedding streaming services based on worthy video content. Without drifting from the platform’s social media commitment, the Twitter CEO, Linda Yaccarino reported to supervise the Twitter Video app debut and custom deployment for smart TVs.

It’s a no-brainer this plan to stretch the bird app’s focus in expanding its social media commitment is pitched by Musk after he responded to a tweet that confirmed in-house developers has the Twitter Video app within grasp to transition tweeters’ experience with significant features one at a time.

The streaming service embedment to custom on smart TVs is Twitter’s plans to focus on video, creator, and commerce is an initiative to sway the bird app’s investors which was showcased at the last meet-up. The investors’ partnerships will aid the paced Twitter Video app development that embraces emerging technology being able to stream short videos on smart TVs via the custom app.

However, Twitter is not the first social media platform to embed its services or a fraction of its network as a custom TV OS app for seamless streaming, the likes of YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming-focused social media platforms have significant recognition in the streaming landscape for smart TVs.

Twitter Video app for smart TVs with the investors’ support will alter the social media company’s business beyond digital advertising and revitalize the available content. One slide of the presentation said that vertical video accounted for more than 10% of time spent on Twitter.

This information poses as a window for Yaccarino to advance with accomplishing her task of actualizing Twitter 2.0 which is expected to revive the bird app’s net value that is currently bearish and lesser than the value Musk purchased the social media.
