
In a recent development, Microsoft has acknowledged that Teams and other Microsoft 365 services might be unavailable right now. The business acknowledged that Teams performance can be sluggish and verified this using its official Microsoft 365 Status X handle. According to the tech giants, details about the outage will be posted on the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre portal with issue ID “TM1314397,” where every user can be privileged to get status updates about the bug’s progress.
Microsoft has also acknowledged it by confirming that the experience with Microsoft Teams will cause a significant slowdown in terms of the performance issues due to a new localized service outage.
According to Microsoft, the outage is primarily affecting Asia-Pacific users with severe lag and slowness, and its engineering teams are now working on deploying a fix to stabilize backend performance.
No problems have yet been reported on the official Microsoft 365 Service Health Status page or website. As soon as further information becomes available, we will update the post.
Also, to check the status, Microsoft has advised administrators to log into the Microsoft 365 admin centre and search for the incident with issue ID TM1314397 to view real-time technical updates on the action to lessen the impact and also the timeline.
General status of the information also reveals that it is also available on the Microsoft 365 Status X account. If you are a corporate user experiencing severe lag, you can use the Microsoft Teams web client as a temporary workaround while the desktop infrastructure gains time to recover.
